California CDFIs Fill Capital Gap

Abstract: The "Momentum Texas" conference offered two examples of successful for-profit community development financial institutions (CDFIs), both from California. They were the Clearinghouse CDFI of Lake Forest and CEDLI (California Economic Development Lending Initiative) of Oakland.
