Avian flu has poultry industry in a flap

Abstract: Outbreaks of the much-feared avian flu and increased international competition have ruffled some feathers among poultry growers. But despite a dip in exports, U.S. consumers are still eating chicken. ; Article also available in Spanish and Portuguese.
