Tennessee rides boatbuilding currents

Abstract: Safe from maritime storms yet connected to the Gulf of Mexico by lakes and rivers, the Knoxville area has become an unlikely but important hub for the boatbuilding industry, producing watercraft from fishing boats to yachts.
