Texas Rebound Likely Slowed by Renewed COVID-19 Impact on Services, Retail
Abstract: Indicative of slowing job expansion, the Texas unemployment rate rose to 8.3 percent in September from 6.8 percent in August and exceeded the national rate (7.9 percent) for the first time since March.
