Pre-K Debate Shifts from Effectiveness to Scale
High-quality pre-K programs, characterized by low student-to-teacher ratios, limits on class sizes, and research-informed curricula, have a positive return on public investment, have positive effects on academic and social outcomes, and contribute to the long-term strength of the labor force and the economy.
