People transforming communities. For good.
Abstract: Blanchard says that neighborhood strength is the essential element of community development, and it?s an integrated concept involving housing, health, schools, finance, jobs and infrastructure. People are the critical asset; helping them articulate what they need and then help them get it is the role of community development.
